Overview
Section titled “Overview”The Sukuk Settlement rail manages the end-to-end settlement lifecycle for sukuk trades, including:
- Trade matching — Match buy/sell orders for settlement
- DvP settlement — Coordinated delivery of sukuk certificates against payment
- Custodian integration — Interface with custodian banks for safekeeping
- Settlement finality — Irrevocable settlement confirmation with audit trail
- Failed settlement handling — Retry logic and exception management
