Islamic REIT

Islamic real estate investment trust rail enabling collective investment in income-generating Shariah-compliant properties through a listed trust structure. Rental income from the property portfolio is generated via Ijarah lease contracts and distributed to unit holders after deducting management fees. The underlying properties must pass Shariah screening for tenant activities, ensuring no rental income derives from prohibited business activities such as conventional finance, gambling, or alcohol.
