Overview

Key Concepts

| Distribution Per Unit (DPU) | Income distributed per fund unit |
| Ex-Date | Date after which new buyers are not entitled to the distribution |
| Record Date | Date on which unitholder register is frozen |
| Reinvestment | Automatic purchase of additional units from distribution proceeds |
| Income Equalization | Adjustment for investors who purchased mid-period |
